Q: What happens if I don't collect the shoes?

A: Any footwear not collected within 3 months will be disposed of (refer to terms and conditions)

Q: What are your Opening hours

A: Mon - Fri: 10 - 5, Sat: 10 - 2, Sun: closed

Q: Are shoes cleaned the same day?

A: No, usual turnaround is 3- 7 days (but if we have availability to complete the same day we will). You can track your shoes through the app.

Q: Do you pay on drop off or pick up?

A: You pay when you collect your shoes.

Q: How does the process work?

A: It starts with you making a booking inside the services tab. We review and make any changes if needs be. After the booking is confirmed, you receive a notification to come to our store and drop your shoes off. After we receive the shoes, you will start receiving update notifications on the status of your booking. When the service is complete, you will receive another notification to collect them from our store.
